Welcome to You’re my Melody, a blog run by Sandy and Nyaako (on indefinite hiatus). This blog was created to review asian entertainment which means music, dramas, movies, and many more, but mostly music reviews. The header features INFINITE after their first mutizen win on MNET Countdown on September 1st, 2011 for their song Be Mine.
The name “You’re my Melody” comes from track number 6, 넌나의노래 (You’re my Melody), on Dong Bang Shin Ki’s 4th Korean album, MIROTIC.
Post guide:
「song title」 <- The brackets are used as quotation marks in Japanese as well as the quotation of songs. The same applies here.
「始まりのバラード (Hajimari no Ballad)」 <- For Japanese songs, the titling will be original title as its written in the album/single and within the parentheses will be the romaji of the title. There will be no translations of the title, however, feel free to ask.
「Ojos Fríos (Bandoneon by 고상지) (Cold Eyes)」 <- Korean/Chinese songs will be the same, except there will be translations of the title in parentheses. In cases like this MBLAQ intro, the first pair of parentheses is part of the title. The second pair is the translation of the title.

Hello there, it’s me the blogspot runner over at Amai Wana.
I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog but I do have a little point of concern, which I would’ve brought up in a more private way but I do not know how else to reach you.
I’ve noticed that your reviews are structured in the same way as mine are. For example, the opening paragraphs have the exact same phrasing about when it was released and for albums, it states the order of single release in similar phrasing to mine own.
Then the reviews of individual songs have a similar way of reviewing as you go through the song and make some chronological points.
I’ve also noticed that you state “In order to promote the single, a PV for… was made,” which is what I made up for my blog posts. I’m not saying I invented the phrase or anything but it’s the exact same prhasing that I have been using for quite some time now.
I’m really sorry to bring this up but it’s a little distracting to see such a similar style to my own when a lot of the phrasing and structure is identical. So do you think you could try phrasing your reviews in a different way?
Obviously this is your blog and you can do whatever you want but I would really appreciate if you could try a different style for your reviews
Sorry to bother you with this long message but it’s been a little point of my concern for a while and I thought that this was the time to bring it up.
Thank you for reading and I await your reply whole-heartedly,
Amai Wana
Thanks for responding so quickly and thanks for your time.
I can totally understand getting inspiration and honestly it’s quite flattering.
And I also understand that once you get into a certain writing style that it kind of sticks.
I’m glad you understand where I’m coming from and I will continue to support your blog :)
Hello! You’ve got really great reviews here. Mind exchanging links? I’ve already added you :)
